Methods available for your purchase
Use the payment methods actually offered at checkout for your order and destination. A payment logo in the footer does not guarantee that the method is enabled for every market, device or transaction. Review any instructions displayed by the selected payment service.
Final amount and currency
Check the item selection, quantity, discounts, delivery information, final total and checkout currency before authorising payment. The default shop currency is USD; a selected market may display a different transaction currency. Your bank may apply its own conversion or cross-border charges.
Authentication and payment status
Your bank or payment provider may ask for additional verification. Complete it only through the secure payment process. A payment authorisation, an account debit and a shop order status are different records; refer to both the order messages and the provider’s information if their timing differs.
Failed or pending payments
If checkout reports an error or the page closes unexpectedly, check for an order confirmation and review the payment status before placing another order. A pending authorisation can appear temporarily even where an order has not completed. Do not make duplicate payments simply because an email is delayed.
Refunds and payment security
Refunds are normally returned through the original payment method under the returns or cancellation process. Email [email protected] about an unresolved order payment, but never send full card details, security codes, banking passwords or authentication codes. We will not ask you to disclose those details by email.
